How do you connect the kinect to the pc? Do you use an adapter or did you modify the existing one?
@flo
you dont have to mod the kinect. just plug the usb-connector into the computer. install drivers and you are done.

- Program/drivers (where can I download these, and is there any installation instructions?)
Thanks

Congratulations, absolultely impressive. This is what I have been waiting for, I hope to see further development in this field.
What program do you use to control the click/move cursor difference?
for example most kinect and other gesture controlled devices use the hand (or light source/pen/whatever) to click, so if one were to drag the cursor they are performing a “click and drag” operation, but in your setup you can move the cursor in the same way i move a mouse and then perform a separate click action with the other hand. Is this a custom code or prebuilt?
Hi,
ok it is very incredible.
i had buy kinetic, after to watching this video
where download the application?
best regards
39Leon
Instead for using two hands to drag for example a photo, couldn’t it be done with one hand, like: first you point photo you want then you close your hand to make fist, like you were getting hold of normal photo or any object. Then you just drag and open your hand where you want to drop that photo.

Absolutely astounding!
Lots of People I know set the UI of Minority Report as the benchmark. In these terms your technology is already outperforming it.
I wonder if the application of this is possible in a presentation environment with a beamer and e.g. iMindmap or Prezi.
The kinect sensor could be placed in front of the presentators notebook so he can see the result of his manipulations on the small screen while the audience is watching it on the beamed screen.
The presentator would be totally hands free and that means a much more persuasive presentation.
Please, just answer please, where is to buy or download that ? Its unbelievable, can we have a release date or information about release ?
Ok – you cant show us that video, and show no real detailed instructions how to set this up on our own media centres…
Can we get a how to?
That’s known that money can make people independent. But what to do if one does not have money? The one way is to get the personal loans and just car loan.
Couldnt agree more with that, very attractive article
